INBTI POLICE K-9 SUCCESS STORY:

The first day back after attending the INBTI Advance Patrol Dog tracking school hosted by the Madison Wisconsin PD from 9-11 June 2014 Officer Cesar and K-9 Chase from the Fitchburg Police Department WI had a successful trail! Cesar and Chase responded to a burglary to a residence where a shotgun and knife were stolen. Left behind in the yard was a flashlight used by the suspects. Chase utilized the flashlight for his scent article and tracked through two apartment complexes and a golf course to locate the stolen items hidden in a ravine. Chase then continued from the articles to a 3rd apt complex and located the set of latex gloves the suspects wore. The tracks totaled almost 45 minutes of work! What an awesome job!
