INBTI POLICE K-9 SUCCESS STORY:

Days after attending the INBTI Advance Patrol Dog tracking school hosted by the Madison Wisconsin PD from 9-11 June 2014, Troy Ruffalo and his K-9 Nitro out of the City of Racine tracked down a bank robber who fled from a vehicle and apprehended him. Troy used a sweatshirt as a scent article and Nitro indicated on a couple fence crossings prior to locating the suspect.
